Lyle Makes a Cupcake and Fun Math Centers

Good afternoon parents! Today we listened to Yui’s story about baking cupcakes with Lyle. Afterwards, the students worked in Math centers that allowed them to practice simple addition. I am very pleased with their improvements in Math and counting.

For homework, please complete Math workbook chapter 13 pages 4-6. As always spend some time reading with your child on Raz Kids or with the story books from our classroom.

This Thursday we will be taking a 40 minute field trip to Thong Lo Villa Market to learn about how the grocery store operates as part of our unit on jobs and occupations. Have a wonderful evening!
