Baking, Stellaluna, and Bats

Good Afternoon everyone! We had a busy day here in K2B. The kids were finally able to put their measuring skills into practice by making some homemade bread! We put on our chef hats and mixed together the ingredients. Check the website for pictures. In Literacy, the kids and I read “Stellaluna” and wrote down the similarities and differences between bats and birds. In Science, we continued our discussion about bats.

For homework, please spend time reading on Raz Kids and/or reading the library books from school.

Also, the students did not have swimming today as Mr. Ben was absent. We will hold a makeup class next week. Have a wonderful day!
