'ir,' Magic Seeds, Measuring Classroom Stuff

Good Afternoon! Today the students and I reviewed and practiced the ‘ir’ spelling. We spent some time in writing brain storming what we would do if we had magic seeds. In Math we measured various objects around the room and in Science we finalized our plant portfolios!

For homework, please complete Week by Week Phonics pages 134-135 and Math Workbook chapter 11 pages 10 and 11. Please also spend 10-20 minutes reading to or with your child.

Remember that we will hold our Chinese New Year celebrations this Friday from 8:45-10:15.K2 Is scheduled to perform at 9:05. Also, our Freaky Friday theme this week will switch with next week to Chinese Costume/Red Day. Have a wonderful evening!
