Spelling Plurals, Telling Time, and Story Elements

Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and a great time at sports day last week! Today the kids and I reviewed plural and singular nouns and learned when to use <s> or <es> to make a noun plural. In Literacy, we introduced story elements and in Math we wrote in numbers on a digital clock.

For homework, please complete page 36 in ‘I’m a Writer’ and Math Workbook Chapter 9 pages 19 and 20. Also, please spend 10-20 minutes reading to or with your child.

Please be reminded that the kids must send in a Valentine for someone in the class anytime this week. Their Valentine is specified on the letter I sent home last week. Please note that we will deliver the Valentine cards on Friday at the party so please have the cards sent to school before then.
