The 'OU' Sound and A Basketball Game

Happy Thursday everyone! Today the kids learned and practiced the ‘ou’ sound in Phonics and had individual reading conferences with me. We were also invited to attend a teacher vs student basketball game on the elementary school basketball court. The kids had a blast watching the game! The photos above show the kids doing Math centers and Science observations yesterday.
For homework, please complete pages 66, 67, and 68 in Kindergarten Workbook 2 and spend some time reading with or to your child at home.
Don’t forget tomorrow is Freaky Friday! Our theme is ‘Safari!’ Have a great afternoon!
